Clients have approximately 48 hours prior to their appointment time to cancel their appointment. If client does not cancel by 48 hour deadline, client will be charged 50% of the service booked. If the payment fails, then client must pay by 5pm the day of cancelling, via Zelle or client will lose reserving privileges.
No Call No Show is unacceptable. If client NCNS, client will be charged 100% of service. If the payment fails, client must pay by 5pm the day of missed service, via Zelle or client will lose reserving privileges.
